Our commitment
Camberos Accounting & Advisory wants people with disabilities to have
meaningful access to information about our firm and services. Accessibility
is part of how we design, review, and maintain the website, and we welcome
feedback that helps us identify and remove barriers.
This statement applies to camberosaccounting.com. It
describes our accessibility goals, the measures we work to maintain, and
how visitors can request assistance.
Accessibility standard
We use the
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA,
as a design and evaluation target. WCAG is an international technical
standard developed by the World Wide Web Consortium to help make digital
content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
A statement is not the same as certification.
This statement does not claim that every page, document, feature, or
third-party service is free of accessibility barriers or has been
independently certified. Accessibility requires continued testing,
feedback, and improvement as content and technology change.
Measures we take
As we build and maintain the website, we work to support:
- Logical page structure, descriptive headings, and semantic HTML.
- Keyboard access to navigation, links, buttons, forms, and dialogs.
-
Visible keyboard focus and a link that allows users to skip repeated
navigation. -
Readable typography, sufficient color contrast, and content that does
not depend on color alone. -
Meaningful alternative text for informative images and appropriate
treatment of decorative images. -
Descriptive page titles, links, form labels, instructions, and error
messages. -
Responsive layouts that support mobile devices, browser zoom, and
enlarged text. -
Reduced or limited motion and respect for a user’s reduced-motion
preference. -
Testing with automated tools, keyboard navigation, and manual review
before and after significant updates.
Automated tools can identify some issues, but they do not replace manual
testing or feedback from people who use assistive technology.
Requesting assistance or another format
If you cannot access information or complete an action through the website,
contact us. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information,
communication, or service through another accessible method.
Depending on the request, assistance may include:
- Explaining website information by telephone.
- Providing text or a document in a more accessible electronic format.
- Helping complete an initial inquiry through email or telephone.
-
Using an appropriate alternate communication method during the client
relationship.
You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or medical history to request
website assistance. We may ask what format or method would help us provide
effective access.
Reporting an accessibility barrier
Accessibility feedback helps us improve the website. When reporting a
barrier, please provide as much of the following information as you are
comfortable sharing:
- The webpage address or name of the page where the issue occurred.
-
A brief description of the problem and the task you were trying to
complete. - Your browser and device, if known.
-
The assistive technology you were using, if relevant and if you choose
to provide it. - Your preferred way to receive a response or the information.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility messages within
two business days. The time needed to investigate or
correct an issue will depend on its nature, the technology involved, and
whether a third-party provider must participate.
Third-party websites and services
The website may link to or use services operated by third parties,
including TaxDome, Hostinger, WordPress plugins, government websites,
embedded content, and other service providers. We do not control every
aspect of a third party’s accessibility.
We consider accessibility when selecting and configuring services where
reasonably possible. If a third-party feature creates a barrier, please
contact us so we can help identify another way to provide the relevant
information or service.
A link to a third-party service does not mean that we certify its
conformance with WCAG or another accessibility standard.
Technical compatibility
The website is intended to work with current versions of commonly used
browsers, operating systems, mobile devices, and assistive technologies.
Accessibility and functionality may be reduced when using an outdated or
unsupported browser, disabled browser features, unusual security settings,
or technology that is no longer maintained.
We do not require a particular assistive technology. If your setup does
not work with part of the website, please report the issue and tell us what
you were trying to access.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review accessibility when adding
or materially changing pages, forms, navigation, downloadable documents,
and interactive features. We also plan to review this statement and the
website periodically and at least annually.
When we identify a barrier, we prioritize the issue based on its effect on
access to important information or services. Some corrections may require
coordination with a hosting, software, portal, or plugin provider.
The “Last reviewed” date at the top of this page shows when this statement
was most recently evaluated. We may update it as the website, technology,
or accessibility practices change.
